How the exact amount is calculated

Prices depend on the requested model and settings. Prompt402 asks the configured Higgsfield estimate service for the current USD cost and returns the marked-up amount in USDC.

1. Round the upstream USD estimate up to whole micro-USD.
2. Multiply that amount by 1.10.
3. Round up again to a whole micro-USDC. One USDC contains 1,000,000 micro-USDC.

ceil(ceil(upstreamUsd * 1000000) * 110 / 100)

The formula returns micro-USDC. This conservative two-step rounding can differ from rounding only once after the markup. It is the behavior of the current pricing implementation.

Quote first. Authorize the exact charge.

Quotes are cached for up to 60 seconds for the same normalized request. A quote is not a price lock: inspect the amount in the x402 402 challenge before signing. Payment settles upfront, before Higgsfield receives the generation request.

A rejected upstream submission is recorded for refund review; refunds are not automatic. Keep the same Idempotency-Key when retrying a request. A completed submission replay returns its original job without charging again.

What does Seedance 2.5 cost?

Use the quote endpoint with your text-to-video settings. Public Higgsfield prices and promotions can change, so this page does not copy an upstream per-second rate. Prompt402 applies its own fixed 10% markup to the live upstream estimate.

Our approach keeps the service fee explicit and usage-based. We have not established that Prompt402 is the lowest-priced provider in every market or configuration.
